Description

The Wilderness Modular Med Pouch is the versatile solution to storing a single small kit of medical gear on your belt, ankle, or in your pack. Its modular design features a belt loop on the back to fit up to 3″ belts or the optional Ankle TQ Cuff, which adds the ability to carry SOF-T, CAT, or similar full-size or compact tourniquets in its own elastic pocket.

The inside of the pouch features a sewn-in length of wide nylon webbing that wraps from the top of the pouch mouth, down underneath the contents, and up the other side. The tongue of the lifter strap is used to pull the items out of the pouch instead of having to dig them out. The pouch can be worn with the flap closure facing up or down. A handy pull-tab on the flap makes grabbing it even with gloved hands a simple task.

The rear face of the pouch is covered in loop pile fastener to be soft on your sock or foot when it’s attached to the Ankle TQ Cuff, which simply slides through the wide belt loop.

Constructed of rugged, abrasion-resistant 500d Cordura nylon, our Modular Med Pouch will give you years of comforting service however you choose to use it. The Ankle TQ Cuff is made of the same XHD elastic webbing and hook-and-loop fastener that we use on the Ankle IFAK and Renegade Ankle Holster.
