We created the Ankle IFAK Trauma Kit Refill in partnership with the expertise of Mountain Man Medical to easily fill/refill our Ankle IFAK/Cargo Cuff (*NOT included; available here). The kit is assembled with only the highest-quality, compact products from trusted manufacturers to fit comfortably in the Ankle IFAK. The mini compression bandage, hemostatic gauze, and chest seal pair are ruggedly vacuum-packed for thinness, sterility, and holding up to daily wear.

This kit’s contents are optimized to fill our Ankle IFAK, but it is also a great kit to keep anywhere a small tacmed IFAK can be be stored like backpacks, glove boxes, or waist packs. The kit comes in a heavy-duty vacuum-sealed pouch.

When combined with skills from tactical medical instruction, this kit will give you the tools, confidence, and peace of mind to know that you and your Ankle IFAK are ready to respond when called.

1x Compact medical shears, blunt tip
1x Heavy-duty nitrile gloves, size: large, 5-mil thick, compactly packaged
*For effective carry and use, the SOF-T tourniquet really needs to be removed from the factory wrapper and refolded into a flatter profile. We advocate the method Mountain Man Medical’s Brian “Doc” McLaughlin suggests in this training video for the current version of the SOF-T. The UV-resistant black rubber bands may or may not be necessary depending on what method you use to carry your TQ.
