**Customer Password Reset Problem**
*A small percentage of customers have been unable to reset their forgotten password to access their account. Despite following the instructions in the webstore they never receive a temporary password. If this affects you, please e-mail or call us and we will manually reset it and e-mail you a temporary password. Note that these replacement passwords only function for a short time for your security, so please login and manually set your password to one of your choosing as quickly as possible.
Shipping Options and Destinations
We have recently moved to a table rate option for most shipping. This is shown as "Best Way" at the top of the shipping options list and it charges a specific amount based upon the order total. The Best Way option ships UPS Ground. This option is for domestic shipping in the lower 48 states ONLY. Canadian and Alaskan orders must choose one of the UPS shipping options; Hawaii and Puerto Rico must use a UPS Air option.

Newsletter System Compromised to Send Spam E-mail
July 26, 2010 -- "Access to our e-mail newsletter utility was compromised over the weekend and an unauthorized user sent a blanket spam marketing e-mail to everyone in our customer list, including those of you who chose to be unsubscribed. Needless to say, we have not started selling Viagra, painkillers or diet pills. We are frustrated, embarrassed and very sorry for this breach of trust with you, our valued customers. Our techs are actively looking into how it happened and are working to assure that it can't happen again. Note that no customer credit card data was compromised and it is never stored on our servers. We strictly use Authorize.net for our secure commerce, so rest assured that your information is safe and will remain that way.
We are deeply sorry for the intrusion if you were unsubscribed. We wanted to apologize to you especially because we know you value your privacy highly. We do to, and we promise never to send you normal marketing e-mail.

Wilderness Tracks Killer Subs!
1/06/ -- Well, that might be a bit dramatic, but we did recently assist naval historian and author Parks Stephenson in research for the PBS Nova documentary, Killer Subs in Pearl Harbor (which can be purchased on DVD or watched online here). As you may remember from our Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day message, Boatswain's Mate First Class Ralph Holzhaus (the father of our company president) skippered the YT-153. Under his command, this rugged harbor tug weathered strafing attacks, kept the sinking battleship Nevada from blocking the channel, and took on one of two Japanese mini-subs that penetrated the harbor to attack the U.S. fleet.
We were able to provide new documentation assisting in recreating the sub's possible movements and previously unknown torpedo attacks on one or two U.S. battleships. Taken with other photographic and testimonial evidence only now being connected, an ominous new picture of a more successful two-pronged attack than was ever believed is forming. Stephenson, a retired naval officer, began his maritime career in ballistic missile submarines and finished as a naval aviator. He is a contributing member of the Marine Forensic Panel and has been an adviser to The History Channel, National Geographic and director James Cameron for his Titanic documentary, Ghosts of the Abyss.

Simplifies Sizing
The Frequent Flyer Sport Belt is the newest addition to our famous line of belts. The FF Sport uses a new, simplified sizing system that lets you choose your belt by just matching your measured size to standard Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, 3X, 4X and 5X measurements. Divided into in 5" increments, it has a much greater margin for error and should make giving our belts as gifts much easier, too.
Why the Sport Belt? because the additional length of the tongue and Velcro may interfere with belt-mounted holsters and accessories on the closure side of the body. We consider this a sport belt for when carrying a sidearm is not a requirement. However, it is made to all the usual high material and assembly standards our belts have always been known for.
